Working out with Natural Hair

I am trying my best to stay in shape! There is a little culprit who is trying to keep me away from the gym. We have a love/hate relationship.....MY NATURAL HAIR!
I try to wear it in protective styles when going, but I sweat so much, they usually don't last any longer than a day or two. Who wants to say "I can't sweat out my hair" lol? I have tried tying a scarf around my head and I end up sweating more. I guess I will have to be at peace and get used to co-washing my hair more often than usual. Healthy body, healthy hair, happy soul!
